From weddings and birthday parties to corporate events and everything in between, my goal is to provide the highest quality and most exceptional photographic services. Cancellation Policy
1) Session Fees Client agrees to pay a $50.00 non-refundable retainer at booking to secure the appointment. The balance is due at the session. The fee covers the Photographer’s time, talent, basic retouching, and creative editing of images. Additional editing is available at extra cost. The retainer is non-refundable and secures the agreed time and date. If the Client cancels or no-shows, the retainer is forfeited. A no-show is defined as arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. If the Client contacts the Photographer about tardiness at least 40 minutes before the session, the Photographer may reschedule or cancel at their discretion. 2) Location Costs & Fees Client is responsible for any location fees. Additional travel is charged at $0.52/mile. 3) Rescheduling Client may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so forfeits the session fee. The Photographer may reschedule due to illness, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances. 4) Re-shoots / Refunds Re-shoots and refunds are at the Photographer’s discretion and will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, or weather-related issues. 5) Archive Images are stored for 12 months. After that, they may be purged, except for promotional use. The Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to files beyond their control. 6) Digital File Release Only the number of high-resolution edited images described in the session will be provided. No other digital images will be released. 7)Payment All payments are due in full at the session. No images will be released until the account is paid in full. 8) Model Release By submitting this Client Agreement, I give the Photographer the absolute and irrevocable right to: Copyright the photographs taken of myself and/or my minor child. Use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the photographs in any medium for any purpose, including illustration, promotion, advertising, and trade. I release the Photographer from all claims and demands related to the use of the photographs, including claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
